Hello Kate, for the header you can just set a background image in the stylesheet.

To change the text of the widgets you should refer to your widgets section (under design) in you wordpress installation.

LOVE your template, thank you so much! Can you help me with a few little things?

1. How do I replace the header image?
2. How can I change the text/name of some of the titles such as Blogroll, Categories, etc.
